Precision: rephrasing, specifying, and summarizing
The remaining three markers return to what has already been said. One tries a second wording, one narrows the reference, and one gathers a longer passage into a shorter account.
Rephrasing: shorela
shorela presents the next sentence as a reformulation: "in other words" or "put another way."
ne sulae shena nai. shorela shia shena nai.
NAME sulae calm be. REPH 3SG calm be.
shia ma haolu. shorela shia maeli nai.
3SG NEG speak. REPH 3SG quiet be.
The first example changes only the way the same person is identified. The second is less exact: silence at one moment does not always amount to quietness as a quality. shorela states the speaker's intention to preserve the central claim; it leaves the listener free to notice what changed in the rewording.
Specifying: shekoi
shekoi narrows a preceding statement to the case or detail now at issue: "specifically" or "in particular."
mia lo shiro lothea. shekoi mia ha serao shiro lothea.

lo miona haolu. shekoi ne sa sulae haolu.
PL person speak. SPEC NAME HON.RESPECT sulae speak.
phisu offers one illustration among possible examples. shekoi identifies the part the speaker means to discuss. One demonstrates; the other narrows.
Summarizing: shelao
shelao introduces a synthesis of a longer stretch of discourse: "in summary" or "in short."
mia to theo nela to thole. shelao mia to shonela.

The summary sentence does not automatically preserve every qualification from the earlier discussion. Anything that must survive the compression belongs in the summary itself.

All seven follow any Slot 0 particle and precede the subject. The marker is heard before the new claim, but the relation it proposes remains part of that claim and may itself need discussion.
