The lexicon listings and the compound registry are views of the dictionary rather than separate documents, so a word says the same thing wherever you meet it.
How Phi is written is chapter 8 ยง6: romanization and the Tengwar mode. The Tengwar mode is taught glyph by glyph in the Tengwar pamphlet, whose pages render every line in both scripts.
