On Work
Gibran's farmer asks about work, and the answer runs from earth's pace to the voices of day and night. The Phi translation lets him finish that argument, hard edges and all.
Each passage uses a four-line block: the Phi sentence, its exact lexicon gloss, a literal English back-translation, and Gibran's source wording. A continuous Phi reading and a table of translation limits follow.
Translation
This is the whole teaching, from the farmer's request to the voices of day and night. The translation follows Gibran into his praise of work, his hierarchy of crafts, and his stern judgment of labour without love. Phi does not have to agree before it can listen accurately.
